Acne is one of the most serious problems for teenage girls and boys. People suffering from pimples want to get rid of this problem asap. We do a lot of things for our acne treatment. But all in vain, if you don’t take care of the basics.
Acne is caused by clogging of pores by oil or dead cells. As a result, it causes an inflammatory skin condition leading to pimples or acne. We can avoid this unwanted guest on our face by following some tips shared below.
Tips To Prevent Acne:
Always try to keep your hands clean, If you have a habit of touching your face. Our hand is the most important part which carries lots of germs. The skin of our face is much gentle and thin than rest of our body. Therefore, the skin of our face reacts quickly resulting in acne. so make a habit of carrying a hand sanitizer always with you or wash your hands at least when you feel like touching your skin.
Try to use facial tissues to clean oily face. Facial tissues have some benefits for cleaning and maintaining your skin hygiene. During daytime or at work if you don’t want to wash your face, then wipe it out with wet tissues. These tissues have mint in them which provides the coolness and also removes excess oil from your face.
Drink at least 4 liters of water a day. Water helps in detoxifying our body. Water helps in making your skin glow from inside. It purifies the blood, leads to decrease in acne. I will suggest you drink lemon water in the morning Which gives a shower to your inner parts of your body.
Rule no.5 (Apply face mask)
Applying face mask soothes your skin. Especially applying pack on acne help in reducing redness and also tightening of pores. The best face pack for oily skin type is using turmeric and gram flour. While for dry skin type applying yogurt with honey helps in reducing acne.

Diet plays an important role in acne. Acne can also be treated with healthy diet. If you are a nonvegetarian stop eating non-veg for a while. Acne is a serious problem. Don’t ignore it, go to a dermatologist. Acne treatment is definite, otherwise, it will increase. Because it is a type of infection or hormone disorder or genetic problem. I will suggest taking care of your skin at right time is the best preventive measure.
Try this Face Mask:
- First, wash your face with lukewarm water and gently soak it with a soft towel.
- Leave your face for 10 minutes as it is
- Take a Bowl and add 1tbsp of Yogurt.
- 1 tbsp of rice flour
- 1 tbsp of Honey.
- Mix all the ingredients well and Apply it all Over the face.
- Rinse It after 30 Mins.
The best ingredients for natural remedies are turmeric, yogurt, honey, Oats.
This is one of my favorite facemasks to take care of acne.
So, take care of your skin, eat healthily. do regular exercises. Drink lots of water to drain all the toxins from your body. If you follow a good routine, your skin will shine like a diamond.
