INGREDIENTS THAT HELP TO CONTROL HAIR FALL:

Onion Juice:

Onion contains a high amount of sulfur. It does have an anti-defense mechanism, which produces an enzyme that creates the smell and off course tears from our eyes.

Take a fresh onion and blend it to remove the juice. The fresh onion juice has an enzyme that helps to treat hair loss. It also helps in treating any scalp disease or bacteria from your scalp. It will help in blood circulation of the hair follicles, reducing inflammation. In addition, it has antibacterial properties that help kill the germs that cause scalp infection. That may lead to hair loss.

Apply the juice in your hair for at least 30 minutes. then wash your hair with mild water to remove the pungent smell. Do use a natural shampoo or any SLS free shampoo to clean your hair.

Beetroot Juice:

Beetroot is full of nutrients that control hair fall. Try to include beetroot in your diet. You can take it either in salads or by juice. For better result, apply it on your hair.

Start by grating the beetroot and collect the juice, Mix 2tbsp of olive oil to it. Make a paste and apply on your hair for at least 20 minutes.

Aloe vera:

Aloe vera has amazing benefits being natural, free from any side effects. The most important benefit is that it has anti-bacterial properties which prevent hair fall.

Aloe Vera promotes hair growth & also prevents breakage. Simply apply the fresh aloe gel on your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Then rinse it off thoroughly to notice visible results in a few months. You can even prepare hair masks with Aloe Vera gel to strengthen the hair. I personally use aloe vera once a week as a hair pack. it has given me amazing results. it reduces my split ends and controlled hair fall making my hair soft.

Gooseberry juice:

Indian gooseberry is also called as amla. I think in India all of us know the goodness of amla. Amla is rich in Vitamin c which reduces hair loss. It has the antioxidants and antibacterial properties that prevents dandruff and scalp inflammation.

Take a handful of amla, soak it overnight. Next morning take the soaked water(strain it), wash your hair with it. You may not like the texture of your hair after washing. It may make your hair slightly rough. I will suggest you to apply aloe vera juice as a conditioner to your hair. You can see the amazing result in your hair. Amla keeps the scalp clean and provides the required nutrition to the hair roots making them stronger. As a result, it controls hair fall.

Basic Steps To Have Healthy Hair

Neem leaves:

Neem is famous for its medicinal properties. It has antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. Neem is an excellent way to cure dandruff. Yes, most people suffer from hair loss because of dandruff.

To reduce dandruff problems, do include some leaves in your oil. Take some leaves or bark of the neem tree, boil it in your oil and apply regularly.

You can also use neem leaves in your hair pack. Take 3 tbsp of amla powder, 2 tbsp of aloe vera with some neem leaves(grind and boil neem leaves to make a paste). The oil helps in stimulating new hair production, strengthen weak hair and control hair fall. It heals and soothes dry, itchy scalp caused by dandruff or scratches. Coconut oil is a good moisturizer which helps in nourishing the scalp and promotes hair growth.

Take the required amount of coconut oil in a small bowl based on the length and thickness of your hair. Slightly warm the oil and apply it from the roots to the scalp. Give a hair massage lightly for 2 minutes and leave it for 1 hour. Later, rinse it off with a mild shampoo and conditioner. Do this twice in a week for amazing results. It increases the flow of the blood to the hair follicles. In result, it enhances the strength of the roots of your hair and controls hair fall.

Henna:

Henna is easily available in India. I think 90% of Indian apply henna for conditioning their hair and it also gives a slight color. It helps in curing dandruff and prevents it from coming back.

The combination of henna powder and mustard oil is an excellent remedy to control hair fall. Take a 1 cup of henna leaves, 200 ml of mustard oil, boil them. Apply the hair oil  2-3 times a week to control hair fall.

Believe me, this really helped me to control my hair fall. I never like to apply any kind of hair mask on my hair. After doing it for a certain period of time, I’m loving it. It has given me an amazing result.
