How To Do Home Facial Step By Step

Hello, are you doing facial in the parlor? If yes then today I will be sharing the steps for a home facial. Girls try to do facial at least once a month. It’s better to do facial once a week.

In our daily life, we take stress from our happenings. Our face is the first part which gets exposed to the atmosphere the most. It gets affected by pollution, stress, work and lots of things. Always try to pamper yourself, otherwise, you will be lost in this busy world. A facial is a good way to pamper yourself and release your stress and toxins from the skin. It helps in blood circulation to our face and makes our skin glow. It reduces fine lines and pigmentations.

Hence, today I will be sharing your step by step to do Home facial by yourself.

How To Do Home Facial Step By Step:

Step 1. Cleansing your face from dirt.

Always when you come from work or from outside, try to cleanse your face. The cleanser helps in removing the dirt from the pores and cleans your skin.  There are two types of cleanser, cleansing lotion or facewash. I will suggest you first take a cleansing lotion. Try to massage your cleanser for at least 5 minutes. Then wash it off with your favorite cleanser or face wash.

Step 2. Exfoliating the skin.

Exfoliating the skin is an important step for the facial. It helps in removing all the dead skin cells that had clogged your pores. It removes the excess oil from your skin. If you are suffering from acne don’t be harsh on your skin. it’s better to quit this step. Otherwise, your acne infection may grow. Scrubbing helps in brighten your face giving a healthier glow to your skin.

Process: After cleansing your face, take an exfoliator and gently rub. Always massage your skin in a circular motion. Do it for at least 5 minutes and wash it off. Pat dry your skin with a cotton cloth.

Step 3. Massage your skin.

Massage is a curial part of the facial. Select a massage cream according to your skin. This cream has lots of moisture which helps in hydrating your skin.  Massaging skin helps to remove stress and toxins from our face. Skin massage keeps your skin away from aging. It removes the fine lines and wrinkles and makes the skin firm. It brings an immediate glow to our skin.

Process: Take your favorite massage cream. Wet your hands and face apply the cream on your face and massage it. Massage is an upward direction of your face. do not massage in a downward direction. Also, massage the neck areas in an upward stroke.

Step 4. Steam

Since you are doing facial, it’s important to open all the pores. Steaming helps in opening the pores. The process of steaming allows the toxins to exit through pores. It also makes your skin softer and prepares your face for a nourishing mask or fabulous moisturizer.

Process: Take clean water, make the water hot(steam should be coming).  Put your face near the bowl of water so that you can feel the steam. Do it for at least 10 minutes. And wipe your face with a clean cloth.

If you want to remove blackheads and whiteheads from your t zone, then post steaming is the best time.  Do it by using a blackhead remover.

Step 5. face mask

This part of facial is really more relaxing. After completion of massage and steam time to open your pores, pamper them with the goodness of facemask. I prefer using the peel off mask because they are fun removing. Prefer any kind of mask which is good for smoothening and tightening your skin.

Process: Take your favorite facemask, apply it all over your face and neck. Let the face pack dry completely and then peel off or wash off with cold water.

Now time to apply your moisturizer followed by sunscreen. Don’t forget this step. As this is an essential step, which helps your skin maintain moisture and keep it hydrated. Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays.

Don’t wash your face with facewash following the facial. It removes the goodness of the message. Try to wash with normal water or cold water to remove excess oil. If you feel oily, Rather wash your face with besan (gram flour) mixed with water as facewash.
